Information the site uses

The waitlist form collects your email address. If you join, YWY uses the email address from Stripe Checkout to identify your member account and membership profile. Supabase processes account information and the passwordless sign-in session in your browser.

Stripe processes checkout and recurring payments. YWY’s website receives checkout and subscription events from Stripe so it can update membership access. YWY does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

How information is used

Email and membership information are used to record waitlist requests, provide sign-in access, administer membership, and respond to support requests. Payment and subscription information is used to confirm membership status and manage billing.

The current website does not include advertising analytics. If additional analytics, mailing services, or other data processors are added, this notice should be updated.

Retention and requests

Information is kept for as long as needed to operate the waitlist or membership and meet account and financial recordkeeping needs. You can contact YWY to ask about your information or request an update or deletion.

Embedded audio

Member audio players are provided by Elfsight. When you open an audio title, your browser connects to Elfsight to load the player and audio content. Elfsight documents a short-lived cookie, elfsight_viewed_recently, to avoid counting repeat views. See the Elfsight Privacy Policy and cookie guidance for details.
