What does membership include?
The library begins with more than 25 hours of proprietary video and audio, plus access to audiobooks and related resources. Members can browse dedicated audio and video sections and open a page for each available title or series.
How do I listen to or watch the content?
Members can browse separate audio and video libraries, open a title or series, and use the player on its page. Some media is delivered through embedded players from its hosting provider.
Do I need an account before joining?
No. Choose a plan and complete checkout first. Stripe handles payment. After Stripe confirms the purchase, use the email address from checkout to request a secure sign-in link.
How do I sign in?
Go to Member sign in, enter the email used at checkout, and open the sign-in link in the same browser where you requested it. YWY uses passwordless sign-in, so there is no password to set or remember.
I paid but do not see my membership. What should I do?
Allow a moment for Stripe to confirm the checkout, then request a sign-in link with the same email address used for payment. If access still does not appear, contact direct@YWY.app and include the checkout email and approximate purchase time. Do not send payment-card details.
The sign-in email did not arrive. What should I check?
Check your spam or junk folder, confirm the email address, and request a fresh link. Open it in the same browser where you made the request. If it still does not arrive, email direct@YWY.app.
How much does membership cost?
Monthly membership is $14.99, billed monthly. Annual membership is $99.95, billed yearly. Stripe Checkout shows the selected plan and amount before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Email direct@YWY.app with your cancellation request. We aim to respond within 24–72 hours. Once the cancellation is processed, future recurring payments stop, and your access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.
Can I request a refund?
Because membership provides digital content, payments are generally non-refundable. If an exceptional circumstance applies, email direct@YWY.app. We will review the request individually; a review does not guarantee a refund.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
Your email is recorded as a waitlist request. Joining the list does not create a paid membership or start a payment.
